I was initially intimidated to try classes not knowing what to do (a total beginner) but the instructors made it so easy for me. They really make you feel like you’re doing one on one sessions and care about you actually learning and your progress. This place stands out and can’t wait to continue my journey! The environment itself makes me want to go hard and meet my goals. Pumped to see my transformation in 2023! Thanks guys.
Super beginner friendly gym!! Improving on my overall fitness and activity levels is a big part of my New Year’s resolution so I’m glad I can buy credits to try out a variety of classes while I discover my workout style!
Great classes! The instructors are knowledgeable and the small classes mean the instructors pay more attention to everyone, whether you’re a beginner or advanced. The space is beautiful too - love the variety of equipment!!
A gym is really only as good as the group of people that fill it and this place is exceptional. The instructors are truly awesome and they'll push you when you need to be pushed. I can't be more thankful to this group!
Really enjoyed the sessions at Box&Lift. With a variety of coaches, there are so many different ways to improve your fitness levels. From boxing, HIIT workouts to Strength & Conditioning, I definitely recommend Box&Lift to anyone interested in bettering their lifestyle both physically and mentally.

The instructors are top notch! I'm a beginner and I was a bit afraid of messing up or get hurt early, but all the instructors were super helpful and the emphasis on technique was really important to me, that being said it was a great workout and it was a lot of fun!
Beginner friendly and great for any level looking to get into boxing and living a healthy lifestyle. The unique combination of strength and cardio training along with the super knowledgeable coaching staff who have tons of experience in the martial arts / fitness scene will be valuable to any enthusiast or to all from different walks of life. I highly recommend checking this gym out! Fun and challenging workout, great for all skill levels. Facilities are top notch and instructors are very experienced. As a beginner, I have found boxing gyms intimidating but find this gym very welcoming & supportive.
This place is perfect! You show up, you get the work done and learn about good technique with lifting and boxing. It's set up efficiently so you're not wasting a second in there. Perfect for athletes who need the conditioning or hobbyists like myself. The energy in the room was great. Love the black aesthetic too.
I tried some boxercise classes a few years back and really enjoyed the blend of boxing training and HIIT workout, but moved across the city and couldn't find anything similar in my area. Looking to get back into a better fitness routine, I did another search recently and Box & Lift sounded right up my alley.
As someone who isn't in bad shape, but who also hasn't been to a gym or kept up with much exercise the past few years, I admit going into my first class, I was nervous that it'd be too much for me. However, while the workouts are tough and the coaches encourage you to push yourself, they're still respectful of your personal limits, any injuries you have, and create a welcoming environment for people of different skill levels. Of the classes I've taken so far, Matt, Jermaine and Francesca have all provided fun, rewarding classes. Highly recommend!
Great place for a good workout incorporating fun cardio with boxing and functional mobility& strength with resistance and weights.
If you’re a person who gets bored on a jog, enjoys group classes, or likes boxing; this is the place for you. I did a class with Jermaine, he was encouraging while patient yet pushes you pass your limits. The boxing aspect makes cardio fun and you learn how your body moves. Couple that with the weight training and you get a complete workout. There are other instructors too who are very experienced in boxing or strength training as well.
The facility is very clean, spacious and has every equipment you need. They have a 7 day free trial so no harm giving it a shot. Everyone participating range from kids to adults and are super encouraging! I wanna tell all my friends to join with me.
Cannot say enough positive things about this gym and the coaches! Classes are super engaging where my physical limits are pushed, supported, and strengthened. If only I lived closer to attend regularly… Highly recommend this gym!
